Malaysian dinner

We destroyed Mer and Ewan’s kitchen last night to make a delicious Malaysian dinner. The curry was delicious, and the sambal was amazing. We also treated ourselves to some colorful tapioca “bubbles” in our Thai iced tea.

Fresh Mint Sambal:

  • 2 oz. mint leaves
  • 1/2″ piece ginger root, coarsely chopped
  • 1 sm. onion, coarsely chopped
  • 4 T lime juice
  • salt

Put firtst 4 ingredients in blender and mix to a paste. Add salt to taste. Serve with curries or crackers/bread.
